Finding Providence: the old scripts orchid! The 40 Pirulos

As everyone knows, the daily strip "The Alephnautas" is being published weekly by the blog Cartoon Patagonia. Like everything in this life is over and are running the strips in January and reach the point where Orchid has been all messed up by a ruthless kicking inflicted by a strange guru.

At that point was when the newspaper La Voz where the strip was published in 1985, ceased publication. So the test was inconclusive until today, and so was published in the 1997 book , with the addition of a strip of Orchid farewell, leaving the door open for a hypothetical then, that to this day today did not materialize.

Many were my attempts to write new scripts and draw new adventures of this beloved character over time, but some mysterious but would not let me go very far. "Hex? Loitering customary "? ... Perhaps, simply, was that this continuation of the strip, by the mere fact of being written and semi-quasi sketches had won the right to exist and, in a subconscious level, astral or who knows what , refused to be ignored and called for its realization.

And so we come to the end of the year 2010, when stirring yellowing papers in my study ... appeared! Yes appeared old scripts I had written in 1985, continuing course of action of the strip, without suspecting that the newspaper would slam and I was going to be working in advance. Over time, these scripts (which only I can decipher, as they were sketched, fast, nervously, on the leaves of animation provided us Jaime Diaz ) were being forgotten among many roles, like any cartoonist knows , multiply infinitely in every corner of our studies.

So the good news is: the strip is cut in Patagonia Cartoon! Continue as if nothing had happened, the original scripts, at least until they run (more or less a month of strips) . And then we'll see.

words: I'm doomed now to draw those scripts, after 25 years !, What keeps me excited and the momentum that until now I had missed. The intention is, of course, when they run these scripts, continue writing and drawing the adventures of our beautiful or without limit, while the body holds out!
