Quemado de Guines, Villa Clara, November 18-On October 29 the City Council was composed of Opposition in Quemado de Guines. This town became the first of the North Coast of the province of Villa Clara in central Cuba in the founding of the Municipal Government Opposition.

Opposition Government made an appeal to fellow citizens with the objective
strengthen the structures of the Governments of Opposition in the interior of the island as a strategy of pro-democracy struggle.
